Sports Fixtures & Results

Quick Updates

Sunday 25th January 2026

10.00am: Matins in Chapel (Preacher: The Chaplain. Collection: Irish Cancer Society).

8.00pm: Staff and Pupils’ Concert in BSR.

Parents are welcome to attend both occasions.

Start of Hilary Term 2026

Monday 5th January: all boarders return between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.

Tuesday 6th January: all day boys and girls return by 8.10am. Summer Timetable. No games programme. Day boys and girls may leave after class.

Last week of term

Tuesday 9th December: special late rising. First Chapel bell at 10.30am.

Thursday 11th December: classes end at lunchtime. College Carol Service starts at 2.00pm (not for visitors). Christmas Dinners start at 5.00pm. Christmas Entertainment at 8.30pm (not for visitors).

Friday 12th December: Term ends after Warden’s Assembly, c. 11.30am.

Sunday December 7th

College Carol Service, beginning at 7:00pm (first chapel bell at 6:40pm). All welcome.

Mince pie and mulled wine reception in the BSR afterwards for visiting guests, along with a digital art display of Junior Cycle & Leaving Certificate artwork.

Exodus Weekend

Thursday 27 November: Exodus starts after the end of the final examination

Sunday 30 November: Exodus ends for boarders. College closed until 6.30pm, and return by 8.30pm.

Monday 1 December: Day boys and girls return by 8.10am. White Chapel (St Andrew).
