College Open Day 2026
Save the date! The College Open Day will take place on Saturday, September 26th from 10:00am to 1:00pm. For more information visit stcolumbas.ie/opendays.
Early June
Tuesday 2nd: Boarders return between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. Chapel vigil service at 9.00pm for those interested.
Wednesday 3rd: Day boys and girls return by 8.05am. Trips Week starts. Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate examinations start.
Friday 29 and Saturday 30 May
Friday 29 May:
6.30pm – Sixth Form valedictory evening starts in Chapel (by invitation only).
Saturday 30 May:
11.00am – Chapel service.
12.00pm – Prize-giving in Sports Hall.
After prize-giving, lunch: by invitation only.
Tuesday 26th May 2026
Tuesday: late rising due to Staff Convention, followed by Chapel (first bell 8.55am), and then three 30-minute classes.
